Seabourne Creek Nature Park

After a day's rest I took a morning stroll in a small park, Seabourne Creek Nature Park, in Rosenberg, Texas. Even here, there were many birds around -- cormorants, herons, buntings, orioles, even migrating shorebirds. Texas is the place to be if you want to see birds in the spring!

But my most-prized catch was a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher -- "Texas Bird of Paradise".

As usual, birds were not the only animals around, a Carolina Anole was sunning in a tree branch.
