Not often do we find a public library to be one of the main attractions in a city, but Seattle Public Library is such an exception.

The Central Library building is a marvel of modern architecture.

The interior of the library is also unique and very open.

Rather unconventionally, bold colors are used inside the library.

The boldest is the "Red Room" inside the library (really the entire 4th floor) which uses deep crimson and purplish-red colors throughout.
