Spring 2018 trip to the Galapagos
In late May, 2018, we took a two-and-half week trip to Ecuador. We spent the first half of this trip on the islands and in the waters of the Galapagos, and the second half in the mainland of Ecuador.
Because of this uniqueness of the two parts of this trip, it is most natural for me to create two separate pages for either half of this trip. This page will cover our trip to the Galapagos.
For the trip to The Galapagos, we joined the cruise provided by a company called Ecoventura, which did a great job. Ours was their Itinerary B, which in my opinion covers the most unique islands within a week's time and gives the "most bang for the buck" (although, argument can be made that there is no "bad" itinerary in the Galapagos and certainly every island is unique and worth visiting in their own right).
Each page below covers the activities on one day of this cruise, I hope you enjoy this trip as well, if not in person, at least in my pictures.
