Summer 2019: San Diego
In September, 2019 we took a 10-day trip to San Diego, CA.
It was our last major West Coast trip before the pandemic (I only got around it organizing these pages now, January 2022). Although I had been to San Diego before, this was the first time that I spent significant time in and around this city at the "lower left corner" of the country. We divided our time into three stays: first, in downtown and the waterfront; then, briefly, in Mission Bay; and finally, in Del Mar north of the city proper.
